Turkey Salad

Thirty five years ago, I cleaned houses on the side to supplement my income. One of the ladies I worked for often offered me a sandwich for lunch. One of the dishes she made that was so memorable was turkey salad. She shared the recipe and I’ve made it many times throughout the years. Sadly, I lost the recipe and tried to recreate it. I believe this is close to that which she made. Thanks to Mrs. Snow for the fond memories!
