Guacamole

Guacamole is one of my very favorite dishes. It can be served with tortilla chips as an appetizer, or as a side dish to go along with your favorite tacos, enchiladas or other Mexican dishes. There are no exact measures of ingredients in this dish as each person has their own preferences. For example, some folks like big amounts of cilantro while others prefer just a pinch. With that being said, I will list the ingredients I use and you can adjust the recipe to suit your taste. NOTE: To keep the dip from turning dark, store in the refrigerator with the avocado pit in the center of the dip.
