I often browse through food magazines and cut out recipes I want to try. This is one of those recipes. I don’t know which magazine it came from, but it was originally for chicken and broccoli. I tweaked the recipe and this is the end result. This dish cooks quickly and is quite tasty. You can add other veggies you like such as red bell pepper slices, water chestnuts, etc.
