I love tacos made with ground beef, but the price of beef has soared, so I searched for a more economical way to enjoy one of my favorite dishes. I decided to use ground turkey instead. Now, that could be a challenge as turkey is not as flavorful as beef. So, I used my taco seasoning recipe (which is also posted on this site), added a few things that I use in beef tacos, and created this dish. It can be served in taco shells or on top of lettuce for a yummy taco salad. Just add your favorite toppings (cheese, salsa, olives, sour cream, etc.) and enjoy!
