Naan Bread

I love Mediterranean food and nothing goes better with it than a traditional piece of Naan bread. Now you can buy Naan at any grocery store, but once you’ve tried homemade Naan, you’ll never buy it again. This bread is pillowy soft and yet delightfully chewy. It’s quick and easy to make with ingredients you probably have on hand. I use sour cream for extra richness, but yogurt works well. You can also use all purpose flour, but my choice is bread flour for an extra chewy bite.
