Pudding Whip

I used to make this dessert for my children when they were little. Each time I made it, a different child would pick what flavor he/she wanted. They liked to take turns shaking the instant pudding. It’s a light and fluffy dessert and the kids just love it…and so do I!

Pudding Whip

Ingredients

  • 3 ounce package Jello (any flavor)

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • ½ cup cold water

  • 1 small package instant vanilla pudding

  • 2 cups cold milk

Directions

  • Dissolve Jello in boiling water.
  • Add cold water, stir well, and chill until starting to thicken.
  • Prepare pudding as directed on package. Let stand 5 minutes.
  • Whip Jello until frothy.
  • Fold in pudding, blending well.
  • Pour into bowl or individual serving dishes and refrigerate until firm.
  • Serve.
