Cream Cheese Frosting

Luscious, creamy frosting, with just a hint of sweetness. It is a wonderful topping for carrot cake, cinnamon rolls and more.

Ingredients

  • 1 8oz. package cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup butter, softened

  • 1 cups powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  • Place the cream cheese and butter in a medium size bowl and beat until well incorporated.
  • Add the powdered sugar, and beat until light creamy.
  • Stir in the vanilla.
  • Frost your cake or sweet rolls and refrigerate until ready to serve.
