Tuna Casserole

When I had my last child, over 30 years ago, my boss Carol threw a baby shower for me (it had been 11 years since my previous child was born, so everything was long gone). Carol made two big trays of this tuna casserole, which was her Aunts recipe, for the shower guests and they all raved over it. I’m so glad Carol shared the recipe with me. I can’t begin to count how many people that were at my shower, have asked me for the recipe through the years. It’s a keeper folks…I hope you’ll try it!
