Pistachio Salad

This light and fluffy salad is bursting with pistachio flavor. It’s quick and easy to put together and makes a great side dish to bring to a gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple with juice

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

  • 9 ounce container Cool Whip-thawed

  • 1 pkg.(3 ounce size) INSTANT pistachio pudding

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine the pineapple and dry pistachio pudding mix.
  • Fold in the thawed whipped topping and marshmallows until well mixed.
  • Refrigerate overnight or for several hours( until thoroughly chilled) and serve.
