Pink Cloud Punch

This is the perfect beverage to serve at a wedding shower or brunch with the ladies. It’s light and refreshing with just the right amount of alcohol. If there are going to be children at your gathering, be sure to make a batch without the wine and vodka for them (I float raspberries in the children’s bowl so they know which punch they can have). Best of all, it takes just minutes to mix it together and it looks so pretty in a punch bowl.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups pink lemonade

  • 1 bottle Prosecco, chilled

  • 2 cups lemon lime soda (like Sprite)

  • ¾ cup Vodka

  • 2 lemons, sliced

  • 2 quarts raspberry sherbet

Directions

  • Fill punch bowl with ice.
  • Pour in the Prosecco, pink lemonade, lemon lime soda and vodka.
  • Stir in the sherbet.
  • Float the lemon slices on top.
  • *Makes 16 servings
