Peppermint Bark Dip

Looking for a holiday treat that requires NO baking? This delectable dip will impress all of your friends with it’s light, fluffy and minty combination of deliciousness. My sister in law Reta serves this dip with chocolate covered graham crackers, which is sheer perfection. It also goes well with chocolate covered pretzels. Either way…you’re gonna love it!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

  • 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff

  • 1/2 cup cool whip

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup Andes peppermint baking chips

  • 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips

Directions

  • Beat cream cheese well.
  • Add the marshmallow fluff and cool whip and mix well.
  • Slowly add the powdered sugar and beat until well combined.
  • Fold in the Andes chips and mini chocolate chips until combined.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours before serving
