Dill Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cucumbers, sliced thin

  • 1 onion, sliced thin

  • Put veggies in a container with a tight fitting seal.

  • Brine

  • ½ cup sugar

  • 2/3 cup vinegar

  • 1 Tablespoon salt

  • 2 teaspoons dried dill weed

Directions

  • Boil brine until sugar melts. Cool. Pour over vegetable mixture and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Keeps well for a week.
