Sriracha Chicken

A friend of mine recently gave me this recipe. I was hesitant to try it because I don’t favor spicy dishes. Much to my surprise, the dish turned out delicious. The orange marmalade and lime juice balance out the heat of the Sriracha sauce, leaving you with a flavorful chicken dish. I like to serve this with a side of rice , topped off with some of the yummy sauce. As you can see from the photo, I often substitute chicken legs in place of the thighs as they are more economical. The cooking time remains the same.
