Shrimp Linguini Alfredo

This heavenly, rich and creamy dish is sure to please your whole family and it’s ready in less than an hour.

Shrimp Linguini Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. pkg. linguine

  • ½ c. butter, melted

  • 8 T. diced onion

  • 8 tsp. minced garlic

  • 2 lbs. shrimp

  • 2 c. Half & Half cream

  • ½ tsp. pepper

  • 12 T. Asiago or Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp. chopped parsley

  • ½ tsp. Old Bay Seasoning

Directions

  • Remove shells from shrimp, devein and rinse well.
  • Cook linguine as instructed on pkg.
  • While pasta is cooking, sauté the onion and garlic in the butter until tender, being careful not to burn.
  • Add shrimp and sauté for 2 minutes or until shrimp is pink.
  • Stir in the Half & Half, pepper, cheese, parsley and Old Bay Seasoning.
  • Cook until sauce begins to thicken.
  • Mix with linguine and serve.
