A friend of mine recently gave me this recipe. I was hesitant to try it because I don’t favor spicy dishes. Much to my surprise, the dish turned out delicious. The orange marmalade and lime juice balance out the heat of the Sriracha sauce, leaving you with a flavorful chicken dish. I like to serve this with a side of rice , topped off with some of the yummy sauce. As you can see from the photo, I often substitute chicken legs in place of the thighs as they are more economical. The cooking time remains the same.
Sriracha Chicken

2 lbs boneless skinless thighs
1 cup flour
1 cup orange marmalade
¼ cup sriracha sauce
Juice of 2 limes
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Coat chicken with flour. Shake off excess.
- Combine marmalade, sriracha and lime juice.
- Put chicken in slow cooker, pour sauce over and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Salt & pepper to taste
