Shrimp Linguini Alfredo

16 oz. pkg. linguine
½ c. butter, melted
8 T. diced onion
8 tsp. minced garlic
2 lbs. shrimp
2 c. Half & Half cream
½ tsp. pepper
12 T. Asiago or Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. chopped parsley
½ tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
Directions
- Remove shells from shrimp, devein and rinse well.
- Cook linguine as instructed on pkg.
- While pasta is cooking, sauté the onion and garlic in the butter until tender, being careful not to burn.
- Add shrimp and sauté for 2 minutes or until shrimp is pink.
- Stir in the Half & Half, pepper, cheese, parsley and Old Bay Seasoning.
- Cook until sauce begins to thicken.
- Mix with linguine and serve.
