Sometimes you just have a taste for a big old bowl of chili, but you don’t have all day to simmer a big old kettle full. This quick version “hits the spot” and it’s ready to eat in approximately 45 minutes. It’s a good, basic recipe that is tasty “as is”, but feel free to add more spices, hot peppers or whatever your family likes. I like to sprinkle some shredded cheddar on top when serving!
