This refreshing jello mold reminds me of the orange ice cream bars I enjoyed as a little girl. Bursting with orange flavor, it’s fluffy and filled with luscious slices of mandarin oranges.
Orange Delight Jello Mold

1 Tablespoon plain gelatin
¼ cup cold water
6 ounce package orange jello
2 cups boiling water
1 pint orange sherbet
2-11ounce cans mandarin oranges, drain into a cup, reserving syrup
Directions
- Soften the plain gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.
- Dissolve the orange jello in 2 cups boiling water.
- Add the plain gelatin mixture to the hot jello mixture and stir well.
- Add the sherbet and the syrup from oranges .Stir until the sherbet is dissolved.
- Chill until partially set and then fold in oranges.
- Pour into a large mold and chill several hours or overnight until it is set.
