London Broil with Mushrooms (Slow Cooker)

My old friend Maureen shared this recipe with me many years ago. It is a delicious dish made in a slow cooker. The original recipe called for GOLDEN cream of mushroom soup, but I don’t care for the robust flavor, so I use regular cream of mushroom soup. The choice is yours. Either way, this dish is tender and tasty and the gravy is so yummy. Goes well with mashed potatoes…just sayin”.
