Ham & Swiss Casserole

Creamy, cheesy and downright tasty is how I describe this dish. It’s one of those dishes that “hits the spot” on a cold winter’s night. Don’t get me wrong…its yummy any time of the year, but I personally favor casseroles in fall and winter.

Ham & Swiss Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces medium egg noodles, cooked and drained

  • 2 cups cubed ham

  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

  • 1 can cream of celery soup

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • ½ cup chopped green pepper

  • ½ cup chopped onion

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • In a medium bowl, mix the celery soup, sour cream, chopped green pepper and chopped onion together.
  • Place half of the noodles in a greased casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle half of the ham and half of the Swiss cheese over the noodles.
  • Spoon half of the soup mixture over that.
  • Repeat layers and bake, uncovered for 40-45 minutes.
