Cranberry Hootycreeks

At Christmas time, there are always friends, neighbors or family members that you would like to give a small gift to, but the funds just aren’t available. Well, last year, a dear friend found herself in that situation and here’s what she did. She bought some mason jars and filled them with ingredients to make cookies called Cranberry Hootycreeks. She attached the instructions to the jar with a pretty Christmas ribbon and a holiday sticker on the cap. I was one of the lucky recipients and I must say, the cookies were very tasty and I was touched by her thoughtfulness.
