Shortly before retiring, we had a pot luck luncheon where everyone brings a dish to share. My friend & co-worker Betty R., brought this creamy, luscious dessert made with Oreo cookies . Of course I had to try it, cause who doesn’t love Oreo’s. Needless to say, it was delicious and best of all, easy to make with absolutely no baking. This is an ideal dish to make with a young child that wants to learn to cook. Imagine the proud look on his/her face when they realize they made this delightful pan full of yumminess!
