BBQ Shredded Chicken (Slow Cooker)

Some time ago, I was watching a cooking show and they featured this recipe. As I often do, I scribbled the recipe down and put it in my “recipes to try” folder. I finally got around to trying this and am I ever glad I did. First of all, when I got home and opened the door, the most delicious scent of BBQ hit me in the face. I couldn’t wait for dinnertime to arrive. The meat was tender, saucy and so gosh darn tasty. If using a softer bun such as a hamburger bun, I recommend toasting the bun as this dish is quite saucy and no one likes soggy buns. I don’t recall which show I was watching, so thanks to whoever shared this fantastically easy and super delicious dish.
