Air Fryer Boneless Chicken Thighs

Fried chicken using only 2 teaspoons of oil? Who “woulda thunk it” as they say! This recipe is specifically to be used with an air fryer. The chicken will be crispy, juicy and downright delicious. Air Fryer Boneless Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 4 skin on boneless chicken thighs ( approx.1 ½ pounds)

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • ¾ teaspoons garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • Pat chicken thighs dry with a paper towel.
  • Brush both sides of the chicken with the olive oil.
  • Combine the spices together and sprinkle over both sides of the chicken.
  • Arrange the chicken thighs, skin side up, in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook in the preheated fryer for 18 minutes (meat thermometer should read 165 degrees)
