Somewhere back in the 90’s, my son heard about making turkey stuffing with White Castle sliders, which both he and his dad really enjoyed. At first I said “no way” but shortly thereafter, I saw a newspaper article with the recipe. Reluctantly, I decided to give it a try. While it wasn’t what I wanted ( I have traditional dishes I make for the holidays), I must admit it was quite tasty. Of course the boys raved about it and ask for it each time Thanksgiving rolls around.
