To me, this potato dish is a cross between a hash brown patty and a potato pancake. It’s plain and simple yet very delicious. We enjoy this dish with pork chops or a cube steak.

6 medium potatoes, peeled and grated
3 eggs
1½ cup milk
1 Tablespoon flour
1 onion, grated
2 Tablespoons butter, melted
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together until well incorporated.
- Pour into a buttered pan and bake approximately 1 hour or until a brown crust forms.
