Creamy, cheesy and downright tasty is how I describe this dish. It’s one of those dishes that “hits the spot” on a cold winter’s night. Don’t get me wrong…its yummy any time of the year, but I personally favor casseroles in fall and winter.
Ham & Swiss Casserole

8 ounces medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
2 cups cubed ham
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
½ cup sour cream
½ cup chopped green pepper
½ cup chopped onion
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a medium bowl, mix the celery soup, sour cream, chopped green pepper and chopped onion together.
- Place half of the noodles in a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle half of the ham and half of the Swiss cheese over the noodles.
- Spoon half of the soup mixture over that.
- Repeat layers and bake, uncovered for 40-45 minutes.
