One of my families favorite dessert is cheesecake. This creamy cheesecake is loaded with mini chocolate chips and a graham cracker crust. If you’ve never baked a cheesecake before, this is an easy recipe to start with.

- Blend in sour cream and vanilla.
- Stir in chips.
- Pour over crust and bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes.

Notes
- When making cheesecake, I always place an ovenproof dish filled with water on the lowest rack of the oven. The moisture helps prevent the cheesecake from cracking.
