We’re traveling back to the 70’s with this creamy, freezer dessert. It sounds a bit strange…crackers in a dessert, but it is the best. Your guests will love it!
Butter Pecan Dessert

8 ounce package Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
2 packages instant French vanilla pudding
1 ½ cups cold milk
1 quart softened butter pecan ice cream
12 ounces cool whip
Directions
- Mix the melted butter butter with 1 1/3 cup crushed Ritz crackers and press into a 9×13 inch pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the pudding, milk and softened ice cream together and spread it evenly over the cracker crumbs. 3. Spread on the cool whip.
- Sprinkle the remaining cracker crumbs over the col whip.
- Freeze until ready to serve.
