Stuffed French Bread

French bread, stuffed with a cream cheese filling…Oo La La.

I have made this recipe numerous times and it’s always a “hit” at the parties.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • ½ cup chopped parsley

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1 package dry Italian dressing mix

  • 4 ounce jar pimento, drained and chopped

Directions

  • Hollow out the long loaf of French bread.
  • Mix ¼ cup mayonnaise and ¼ cup parsley.
  • Spread the mixture on the inside of the hollowed out loaf.
  • Combine the remaining mayonnaise and parsley with the cream cheese dressing mix and pimento and mix well.
  • Pack the mixture into the bread.
  • Wrap the loaf in saran wrap and refrigerate several hours.
  • Slice into ½ inch slices and serve.
