I have made this recipe numerous times and it’s always a “hit” at the parties.
Stuffed French Bread

½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup chopped parsley
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 package dry Italian dressing mix
4 ounce jar pimento, drained and chopped
Directions
- Hollow out the long loaf of French bread.
- Mix ¼ cup mayonnaise and ¼ cup parsley.
- Spread the mixture on the inside of the hollowed out loaf.
- Combine the remaining mayonnaise and parsley with the cream cheese dressing mix and pimento and mix well.
- Pack the mixture into the bread.
- Wrap the loaf in saran wrap and refrigerate several hours.
- Slice into ½ inch slices and serve.
