Reuben Rolls Appetizers

When I go to a party and try an appetizer I like, I always ask for the recipe,and that is how I acquired this one. It’s easy to put together and couldn’t be any tastier!

Reuben Rolls Appetizers

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • ½ teaspoon caraway seeds

  • 1 chop chopped corned beef

  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese

  • 1 cup sauerkraut, rinsed and drained

  • 1 pkg (10 ounce) refrigerated pizza crust dough

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, caraway seeds, corned beef, Swiss cheese and sauerkraut together, mixing well.
  • Unroll the pizza dough unto an ungreased cookie sheet (I line my cookie sheet with parchment paper)
  • Cut the dough in half lengthwise.
  • Spoon ½ the mixture unto dough and roll up in jelly roll fashion.
  • Place seam side down on cookie sheet.
  • Prepare second roll.
  • Bake rolls for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let stand 5 minutes and then slice.
  • Makes 30 appetizers.
