Meatball Superb

When my children were small, they loved anything with a meatball…and this dish was one of their favorites. It’s easy to make and very economical, not to mention very tasty! I usually served them over noodles or with mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • ¼ cup bread crumbs

  • ¼ cup minced onions

  • 1 egg, slightly beaten

  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt

  • 1 can cream of celery soup

  • ½ can water

  • 2 Tablespoons parsley

Directions

  • Mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, onions, egg and garlic salt.
  • Roll into 24 meatballs.
  • Brown the meatballs in the skillet. Pour off the fat.
  • Mix the soup with the ½ can of water and the parsley.
  • Add the soup mixture to the skillet with the meatballs.
  • Cover and simmer for 20 minutes and serve .
