When my children were small, they loved anything with a meatball…and this dish was one of their favorites. It’s easy to make and very economical, not to mention very tasty! I usually served them over noodles or with mashed potatoes.

1 pound ground beef
¼ cup bread crumbs
¼ cup minced onions
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
1 can cream of celery soup
½ can water
2 Tablespoons parsley
Directions
- Mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, onions, egg and garlic salt.
- Roll into 24 meatballs.
- Brown the meatballs in the skillet. Pour off the fat.
- Mix the soup with the ½ can of water and the parsley.
- Add the soup mixture to the skillet with the meatballs.
- Cover and simmer for 20 minutes and serve .
