Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Talk about delicious. This pork is marinaded in beer, honey, and other goodies, leaving you with the juiciest, tastiest, most tender hunk of meat ever! Don’t worry about what to do with the left overs because there won’t be any…it’s that good!

Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • ½ cup beer

  • 3 Tablespoons sesame seeds

  • 3 Tablespoons honey

  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed

  • ½ teaspoon pepper

  • 2 pork tenderloins (approx. ¾ lb. each)

  • Fresh rosemary (optional)

Directions

  • Combine beer, sesame seeds, honey, mustard, garlic and pepper. Stir well.
  • Place pork tenderloin, beer mixture and a sprig of fresh Rosemary into a plastic zip lock bag, removing all air. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
  • Preheat grill. While preheating grill, pour marinade into a small saucepan and boil for three minutes.
  • Grill tenderloins for 15 to 20 minutes, basting often with marinade ( should reach between 140-145 degrees on thermometer inserted in thickest part of the loin)
  • Remove from the grill, cover with foil and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing
