It’s a boring title, but a fantastic dish. The glaze has a little bit of an Asian flare and the chicken comes out so juicy you’ll want to lick your fingers.
Glazed Baked Chicken

3 lbs. chicken, cut up
½ cup sherry
½ cup honey
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Place chicken in a glass baking dish, skin side up.
- Combine sherry, honey, soy sauce, paprika and garlic in a bowl and mix well.
- Brush glaze on the chicken.
- Bake for 60 minutes, brushing chicken frequently with glaze. Turn the chicken once during cooking.
