Glazed Baked Chicken

It’s a boring title, but a fantastic dish. The glaze has a little bit of an Asian flare and the chicken comes out so juicy you’ll want to lick your fingers.

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. chicken, cut up

  • ½ cup sherry

  • ½ cup honey

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Place chicken in a glass baking dish, skin side up.
  • Combine sherry, honey, soy sauce, paprika and garlic in a bowl and mix well.
  • Brush glaze on the chicken.
  • Bake for 60 minutes, brushing chicken frequently with glaze. Turn the chicken once during cooking.
