Ingredients

  • 3 cups Bisquick

  • 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated

  • 1 pound pork sausage

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Place ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  • With a spoon or cookie scoop, grab about a tablespoon of dough and roll it into a ball about the size of a walnut.
  • Place the balls on a greased or parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.

Notes

  • This makes approximately 7 dozen appetizers. You can freeze some for future use. Just place them on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and freeze for about an hour. Then transfer to an airtight container or plastic freezer bag and return to freezer. When baking the frozen appetizers, place on the lined cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
