This is one of those appetizers that you just can’t stop eating. I serve it with scoop style tortilla chips.

15 oz. can black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
15 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
½ c. chopped onion
½ c. green pepper, chopped
4 oz. can diced jalapeno peppers
14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained
1 c. Italian salad dressing
½ tsp. garlic salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve with taco chips (and sour cream if desired.)
