Country Ribs, Korean Style

Our local grocer often has country style ribs on sale, so I decided I’d give them a try. While searching for a recipe to suit my family’s tastes, I came across this recipe and folks…it’s a keeper. Of course I read the reviews and many folks were concerned with the low cooking time, fearing they would be tough. With that said, make sure you buy COUNTRY style ribs, not baby backs or spare ribs. Those need longer cooking times. Back to this recipe…the flavor is amazing. If you want to add a little zing, add some grated fresh ginger. I served this with white rice. I boiled the leftover marinade and drizzled it over the ribs and the rice. Thanks to Tara Liptak for sharing this recipe!
