I’ve been searching for a chocolate chip cookie that is not too sweet. I’ve tried so many, and none made me happy. I was beginning to think I just didn’t like chocolate chip cookies…how unAmerican is that? Then I found this recipe on line. They claim it is the recipe for the cookies served at Disneyland. I’m not qualified to testify to that, but I can tell you it’s not too sweet…so I’m happy.
