This recipe is one I hope you’ll try. You can add or omit veggies according to your family’s tastes. I often add onions , carrots, water chestnuts and fresh ginger. It’s different every time I make it, but its also great “as is”.
Dinner
Korean Ground Beef
This simple to make dish is bursting with flavor. It’s great “as is” or get creative and add chopped water chestnuts, sesame seeds, snow peas, edame beans, bean sprouts or whatever your family enjoys. I serve this over rice, but it is also good wrapped in a lettuce leaf .
Italian Sausage and Peppers
This is a great dish to serve when a “pot luck” or “buffet” style dinner is being served. It’s easy to prepare and full of deliciousness.
Italian Beef
This Chicago style Italian Beef is so full of flavor, with just the right amount of spices. This recipe was given to me by the sweetest Italian lady, Linda M., who is up heaven , probably making a big pot of this for her folks at this very minute. You will need a meat slicer […]
Salisbury Steak (Instant Pot)
Another tasty recipe I came across is this flavorful, tender salisbury steak, buried in cremmi mushrooms and gravy, made in your instant pot.
Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs (Instant Pot)
When I first bought my instant pot, I started my search for recipes. I came across this finger-lickin’ good chicken thigh recipe with an Asian flair. It turned out to be a winner, winner chicken dinner in our home. You’ll want to make these quick & easy juicy thighs often. I usually serve these with […]
Hungarian Goulash
I have a cute story to share about this recipe. Shortly after my mother passed away, I was looking for some different kinds of meals to cook for my Dad and siblings. My eldest sister Marge, who was already married, lent me her cookbook and that’s where I found this recipe. It sounded good, so […]
Ham & Swiss Casserole
Creamy, cheesy and downright tasty is how I describe this dish. It’s one of those dishes that “hits the spot” on a cold winter’s night. Don’t get me wrong…its yummy any time of the year, but I personally favor casseroles in fall and winter.
Golumpki
Thanks to my sister Joan for sharing this yummy-licious stuffed cabbage roll recipe with me. Talk about a “comfort food”, this one is it. I like to serve it with boiled potatoes and green beans.
Grilled Pork Tenderloin
Talk about delicious. This pork is marinaded in beer, honey, and other goodies, leaving you with the juiciest, tastiest, most tender hunk of meat ever! Don’t worry about what to do with the left overs because there won’t be any…it’s that good!
