B.L.T. Dip

Who doesn’t love bacon…and in a dip, heaven! The gang will go crazy over this appetizer, served on toast triangles. Yum!

B.L.T. Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bacon

  • 16 ounces sour cream

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 large tomato

  • 1 teaspoon bacon grease

Directions

  • Fry bacon well. Cool and crumble into bowl. Remove and discard seeds from tomato. Chop into tiny chunks. Add the rest of the ingredients, mixing well. Refrigerate for 2 or more hours. Serve with toasted white bread cut into triangles, on crackers or on celery sticks.
