Beer Dip

I dislike beer, but I LOVE this dip. If you’re making this for a get-together, such as a football party, I suggest doubling the recipe. Speaking from experience, the men will park in front of the bowl and it will be gone in no time at all. It is best served with pretzel nubs.

A spunky little sauce that goes great over grilled chicken breasts, or on thinly sliced leftover pork or beef, for a quick BBQ style sandwich. We’ve even enjoyed this served with boiled shrimp. If you prefer a smokey flavored sauce, add liquid smoke.
