Asparagus Roll Ups

This is one of the tastiest appetizers I have ever had. They are quick and easy to make and they will disappear from the platter in a flash.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf white bread

  • 1 can asparagus (whole stalks)

  • 1 jar cheez whiz

  • 1 stick butter, melted

Directions

  • Remove crust from bread and semi-smash bread with a rolling pin.
  • Thinly spread on cheese whiz.
  • Place one stalk asparagus on each slice of bread.
  • Roll up and place in pan, seam side down.
  • Brush melted butter on roll-ups.
  • Broil until lightly browned.
  • Slice roll-ups in half and serve.
